How to get a loan (loan without earnings certificates):

• Loan without earnings certificate is given against real estate in Moscow or Moscow region;
• The amount of loan without earnings certificate is 60% of the real estate value (minimum USD 30 000);
• Period of loan without earnings certificate is up to 15 years;
• The interest rate is 14 to 16% per annum;
• Consideration of loan application without earnings certificate takes 2 or 3 working days;
• Loan repayment is made in equal parts during the whole lending period;
• Possible advanced loan repayment in 3 months without punitive penalties.

 

For loan without earnings certificate application to be considered, it is enough to submit only entitling documents for real estate.

EARNINGS CERTIFICATE IS NOT REQUIRED!!!

After bank approval, it is necessary to prepare whole package of documents on the real estate.

 

LIST OF DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO CONSIDER LOAN AGAINST APARTMENT:

1: Entitling documents for the apartment;
2: BTI: cadastral certificate and surrejoinder, floor plan;
3: Extract from house register;
4: Copy of customer financial account;
5: Certificate of no utility charges indebtedness;
6: Extract from Uniform State Register of Immovable Property Rights and Transactions;
7: Driving license/foreign passport (if any);
8: Owner certificate

 

LIST OF DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO CONSIDER LOAN AGAINST COTTAGE WITH LAND PLOT:

1. Entitling documents for the cottage;
2. Entitling documents for the land plot;
3. Cadastral certificate for the house;
4. Technical certificate from BTI;
5. Extract from Uniform State Register of Immovable Property Rights and Transactions (for the house and the land plot);
6. Certificate from tax inspection of no outstanding tax liability;
7. Cadastral plan of the land plot;
8. Extract from house register;
9. Owner certificate;
10. Driving license/foreign passport (if any).

 

LIST OF DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO CONSIDER LOAN AGAINST NON-RESIDENTIAL PREMISE:

1. Entitling documents for the premises;
2. Technical certificate from BTI;
3. Cadastral certificate, surrejoinder;
4. Certificate of no utility charges indebtedness;
5. Entitling documents for land, land lease contract (if any).
6. Owner certificate
7. Driving license/foreign passport (if any).
