LOAN CONDITIONS:
- Application consideration takes 5 to 7 working days
- Period of loan is up to 6 years
- Maximum amount of loan is up to 50% of the apartment market value, minimum amount of loan is USD 30 000/750 000 rubles
- Interest rate is 16 to 18% per annum
For the loan to be given, it is necessary to submit only entitling documents for the apartment. After bank’s decision for the transaction, it is necessary to prepare the following documents on the apartment:
- Entitling documents;
- BTI certificate: cadastral certificate and surrejoinder;
- Extended extract from house register;
- Copy of customer financial account;
- Certificate of no utility charges indebtedness;
- Extract from Uniform State Register of Immovable Property Rights and Transactions;
- Owner certificate, the second document (INN, pension certificate, foreign passport, driving license).
