Mortgage Relending (Refinancing of Mortgage Loan)

Relending, or refinancing of other banks’ loans is most actual loan product today, especially mortgage relending in Moscow. If you have issued a mortgage loan, a collateral loan against real estate, or a cash loan, or you are not satisfied with the terms (period, amount, or loan currency), or the time has come to pay off the principal amount of the loan, since you paid only interest during the period, and you don’t have the necessary amount, we will help you to get mortgage refinancing (relending) of individuals:
- mortgage relending;
- relending of no-purpose loan against real estate;
- relending of cash loan.
Terms of refinancing of mortgage loan with earnings proof:
- Loan period is up to 30 years;
- Maximum amount of loan is up to 80% of the property market value, minimum amount of loan is USD 30 000/750 000 rubles;
- The interest rate is 8 to 10.5% per annum in USD, and 9.5 to 13% per annum in rubles;
- Consideration takes 5 to 7 working days.
For this you have to submit the following documents for consideration:
- Copy of passport (all pages, including the blank ones);
- Certificate of marriage/annulment (if any);
- Children birth certificate (if any);
- Education certificate (if any);
- Pension insurance certificate (if any);
- INN certificate (if any);
- Copy of foreign passport (if any);
- Copy of driving license (if any);
- Copy of labor record book (all pages, authenticated with the seal and employer’s signature);
- Certificate 2-PIT, if not all income is reflected in the Certificate 2_PIT, certificate in a bank form is additionally required;
- Copies of documents, confirming the ownership of movable and immovable property (if any);
- Copy of loan agreement from the bank under the loan agreement in force, certificate of amount outstanding and quality of obligations performance.
- Documents on mortgage objects (see below).
If the Borrower is officially married, the same package of documents is submitted concerning his partner.
The terms of relending (refinancing) without earnings certificate:
- Period of loan is up to 15 years.
- The interest rate is 16 to 18 % per annum in rubles.
- Maximum amount of loan is 50% of the apartment market value. Minimum amount of loan is USD 30 000/1 000 000 rubles.
Consideration takes 3 to 5 days.
The bank fee for granting a loan is not charged!
For this you have to submit the documents on the mortgage object:
- Copies of entitling documents (property certificate, purchase and sale agreement, transfer agreement, gift contract, inheritance right certificate, act of transfer and acceptance, etc.);
- BTI: cadastral certificate and surrejoinder;
- Extended extract from house register, copy of customer financial account, certificate of no utility charges indebtedness;
- Extract from Uniform State Register of Immovable Property Rights and Transactions;
- Copy of owner’s passport.
