Mortgage. Loan against Land Plot

LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION:
-Copy of passport (all pages including blank ones);
-Copy of marriage / divorce certificate (if any);
-Copy of birth certificate of children (if any);
-Copy of certificate of education (if any);
-Copy of labor book (certified by the stamp and the signature of the employer on each page);
-Certificates in 2-PIT form, if not all income is reflected in the certificate 2-PIT, additionally certificate of real income in form of the bank;
-Summary of activities of the company, position held, duties;
-Copy of
-Copy of driving license (if any);
-Copy of foreign passport (if available);
-Copy of military identification card (if the Borrower is less than 27 years);
-Copies of documents certifying the ownership of movable and immovable property (if any).
LIST OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR THE LAND PLOT:
If the Borrower is married, the same set of documents shall be provided by the other partner.
- Entitling documents for the land plot;
- Cadastral plan of the land plot;
- Certificate from tax inspection of no outstanding tax liability;
- Extract from Unified State Register of Rights to Real Estate and Transactions Therewith;
- Photocopy of owner’s passport.
