The Congress was held in Moscow on October 27 and 28, 2008 in information and exhibition center “InfoProstranstvo”

The Second All-Russian Congress of Mortgage and Loan Brokers is a successor of two events, which took place in autumn 2007 in Moscow: “The First All-Russian Congress of Mortgage Brokers” and the Congress “Financial Institutions and Brokers”. More than 400 delegates from various regions of the Russian Federation took part in the events.

The total number of speakers on the Congresses was over 60 last year. Among them - representatives of leading Russian banks, largest insurance companies, real estate agencies, the Russian Guild of Realtors, the Mortgage Companies Association, the Association of Russian Banks, most successful broker organizations, qualified experts and competent analysts.
